A personal approach

For the dog
you have today.

Established habits deserve thoughtful attention.

Perhaps walks have become a struggle, visitors cause overexcitement, or your dog finds it difficult to settle. Residential training creates space to understand those patterns and work on them consistently.

Adolescents, adult dogs and older companions are welcome. Francesca considers your dog’s history, temperament and needs before recommending a suitable approach.

Everyday life, made easier

What we can work towards

More enjoyable walks

Working on lead pulling, attention and recall, with practice suited to your dog’s current ability.

Calmer responses

Support with barking, lunging or overexcitement around dogs, people and everyday distractions. Suitability is assessed individually.

Better manners at home

Learning to settle, greet visitors more calmly and wait at doorways, with clearer routines for daily life.

A stronger connection

Building engagement and clearer communication, so your dog understands what you are asking and you feel more confident guiding them.

The residential journey

Thoughtful from the beginning.

  1. 01

    Understand

We discuss your concerns, your household and what you would like to change, then assess whether a residential stay is the right fit.

  2. 02

    Build trust

Time to settle helps Francesca understand how your dog learns. Training begins with achievable steps and a consistent routine.

  3. 03

    Practise

Skills are developed through everyday situations, with distractions introduced at a suitable pace. Progress is balanced with rest and your dog’s wellbeing.

  4. 04

    Come home

A personal handover helps you understand the training and practise it yourself, with guidance for continuing at home.

Confidence for you, too

The work continues
with you.

We keep you informed about your dog’s progress during their stay. At handover, Francesca explains what has been practised, demonstrates the approach and helps you apply it.

Consistency at home matters. Continued guidance helps you build on the foundations of the stay and understand the next steps for your dog.

Will the training carry over at home?

The handover gives you a practical starting point. Your dog will still need consistent guidance and practice at home; progress varies with each dog and household.
